All about me:

 

I was born in Coon Rapids, Minnesota and grew up in the Chicago area. I have many family members in the military and always pray for our military.  I actually traced my family back to the revolutionary war. 

 

I attended college in Arkansas and migrated to Tulsa in 1990.  I taught for one year in Kansas City Public Schools, at Sts. Peter and Paul for 5 years and then in 1995, I came to St. Pius X School.  I have always taught math, but I have taught science and religion. 

 

I have 2 children, Douglas age 16, a sophomore at Cascia Hall and Gracie, age 12 a 6th grader at St.Pius. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, I play in the Tulsa Community Band and I especially enjoy tent camping with my family. 

 

I sponsor the Mathcounts team here at St.Pius.  I also attend church here.  I love teaching at St. Pius because the kids and their families are so awesome!
