2023-24 B2S event schedule!

Back to School Swim Party: Monday, August 7th, 3:30-5:30pm

This event happens the week before the first day of school. SPX families are invited to join us for an evening of swimming as we wrap up the end of summer break! Snocones will be provided. This event is held at Sungate Pool, 5358 S. 70th E. Pl., Tulsa, OK 74145. Please look for communication throughout the summer for more details! 

Teacher Meet & Greet: Tuesday, August 8th, 4-6pm

This event happens two days before school begins on 8/10/2023. Parents and students are invited to come meet their teachers, see their classrooms and drop off school supplies a day ahead of the first day of school. If you ordered supplies from 1st Day School Supplies, they will be in your child's classroom upon arrival. The school will have updates throughout the summer on multiple platforms to keep you up to date! 

Back-to-School Night: Tuesday, August 22nd, PreK-5th - 6-7pm and 6th-8th - 7-8pm

This event happens the 2nd week of school when parents only are invited to meet in their student’s classroom to hear about curriculum, class rules, schedules, field trips and other important info. PreK-5th grade will meet from 6-7pm with two sessions (6-6:25 & 6:30-6:55). 6th-8th grade will meet from 7-8pm with two sessions (7-7:25 & 7:30-7:55). Please contact your student's homeroom teacher for questions.
