Thanks to all who donated coins, we collected $1,534.69 in the AED Coin Drive. MidFirst Bank was on campus January 31st to collect the coins, and will match with $1,000, bringing the grand total to $2,534.69. These funds will be used to purchase an AED (automated external defibrillator) for our school. Congratulations to Mrs. Kinnaman's 7th grade class on winning Penny Wars (and a pizza party!).
An AED is a portable device that delivers an electric shock to the heart through the chest. It was save the life of a person experiencing a cardiac arrest.
