In order to ensure student success, we require all students seeking admission to complete the following steps:
- Under the Admissions tab, then select "Apply Now" and fill out the online Request Information Form. You will be contacted by the admissions staff to schedule an appointment to interview with our Principal.
- Create an Account, complete the New Student Application and pay the application fee.
- As part of the application process, you will be asked to upload the most recent copy of the student's report card, any standardized test scores, and email the Principal Referral document to your child's current school. Parents must also complete a form so we can request records from former school(s).
- Testing is required to assess readiness for all new students entering Kindergarten through 8th grade, and will be scheduled after meeting with the Principal.
- Once admitted, students must supply the following documents: current immunization record, birth certificate and Baptismal certificate (if Catholic).
2025-2026 Re-enrollment
Re-enrollment will be open online through FACTS beginning Wednesday, January 8th. Re-enrollment
will not be open to families who owe tuition, after care, cafeteria, and optional fees. Contact Carey Jolin,
[email protected] if you have questions regarding these fees. If you are unable to log into your FACTS account, contact Beth Krukowski,
[email protected] before re-enrollment begins.
Enrollment will be placed on hold and a $50 late fee will be charged to families who do not enroll by the deadline date. The deadline to enroll is Wednesday, January 22nd.
