After longtime St. Pius X School Advisory Council President Christy Brown stepped down last spring, the search began for a new leader. Meet St. Pius X parent and parishioner, Jeanine Nowell!
Jeanine rose to this challenge because "I genuinely care about the students at St. Pius. It is an honor to serve on a team whose ultimate goal is to ensure that every child at St.Pius is given every opportunity to excel in the classroom, and in life."
While her professional background spans manufacturing, aviation and oil & gas, she's worked in education for the past decade. She currently works as Tulsa Technology’s District Purchasing Manager.
According to Jeanine, "When I was searching for a new church home, Father Mike Knipe's homilies drew me to become a St. Pius parishioner. It was several years later that I became proud parent of a St. Pius X student. My son, Trezden Nowell, is a 6th grader."
