The SPX Flu Clinic will be on Tuesday, October 10th from 11:30-1:30 in Dorney Hall! This event is open to the public. We hope that everyone will attend, but parents are especially encouraged to come if your child will be upset about receiving the vaccine. Cash, credit card, or check for $27 (made payable to PicMed), United Healthcare, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, and Medicare are all accepted. A signed consent form and payment or proof of insurance must be turned into the school by Friday, September 29th. Parents who plan to go to the clinic with their children may bring the completed paperwork with them; please visit the main office first to get your student out of class.
