Tuition Rates & Fees for 2026 - 2027

St. Pius X is a stewardship parish in which each family is asked annually to make a commitment to share their time, talent, and treasure with the parish. The following tuition rates are available to those who are active members and commit themselves to contribute regularly to the support of the parish. *Associate Parish will subsidize tuition at $600 per student. The actual cost to educate a St. Pius X student for the 2026-2027 school year is $8,900.00. 

* See St. Pius X Catholic Tuition Policy for details. Students from other parishes will require pastor verification for the Active Catholic/ Supporting Parish tuition rate. The discount will be applied after the verification form is received. Requirements must be met by December 31, 2026 to determine tuition rates for the 2026-2027 school year.

Tuition is paid online through FACTS account and is payable in a lump sum or over 9 or 10-month installment plan. Please note that the first installment for these monthly plans begin August 2026.
 
*St. Pius X Parishioner Rates, as well as Associate Parish Rates, are discounted tuition rates, as those parishes have agreed to pay a subsidy to our school. If a parish refuses to pay the $600 subsidy per student entering K - 8th, it is the family's responsibility to resolve the parish issue or pay St. Pius X School the extra $600 per student amount. Any question about your eligibility to receive the parishioner rate should be addressed with your parish.

Registration Fee (non refundable) will be collected through the online enrollment process. You must Register and pay this fee in order to hold a spot. Remaining Fees will be charged through your ParentsWeb/FACTS account in July.

*Care and Share Requirement - $200 (or 20 hours) per family completed between 6/1/26 - 5/1/27.

After School Care (Pre-K through 8th grade from 3-5:30pm) 2025-2026
Registration Fee $50 per family
Daily Rate $12 per child, per day
Drop-In Fee (must be approved in advance) $25 per child, per day
After Care fees will be a flat rate of $13.00 per child, per day. You must choose the days you wish your child(ren) to attend and provide advanced notice to the after care director so adequate coverage can be arranged.

Drop in Fee: (must be approved in advance) $25.00 per child, per day.

Late Fees:
5:31-5:45 $25.00 late pick up fee
5:46-6:00 $75.00 late pick up fee
6:01-6:15 $100.00 late pick up fee

If you wish to withdraw your child from After School Care, please notify the school office.

The After Care program is NOT available on the FIRST or LAST day of school.
Tuition Assistance
 

Every effort is made to provide tuition assistance to practicing Catholic families.  Students must first enroll at St. Pius X School before applying for financial aid. Students must apply for the Oklahoma Parental Choice Tax Credit (PCTC) to be eligible to submit an application for Tuition Assistance. See PCTC information below. 

 

We have a variety of tuition assistance programs available. Catholic families with students in grades K-8 may apply for tuition assistance through the St. Francis of Assisi Tuition Assistance Trust. We also have support from a scholarship granting organization GO for Catholic, a program to help make a Catholic education more affordable and accessible for all Catholic and non-Catholic children.

 

All financial aid Applications are submitted by going to http://online.factsmgt.com/aid. Award amounts are based on family need. Applications open on January 7th, 2026. 

 

The deadline for the 2026 to 2027 school year is April 1, 2026.
