The St. Pius X Care & Share program allows parents to play an active role in the operation and maintenance of the school. Each two-parent family is required to give 20 hours to school-related activities. The requirement is 10 hours for a single-parent family (a single-parent family being one that only one parent lives in the Tulsa Metro area).   Those hours can come from coaching, driving on field trips, working an event, or being a homeroom parent. Click on the PDF below for details of the program, as well as the log sheet each family is responsible for completing and turning in to the office.

You can also log your Care & Share hours on FACTS. On the "Family Home" screen, select the correct parent. Select "Service Hours" tab. Enter the date of service, description (drop-down options), hours and a note specifying the activity details.
