2020-2021 has been unique to say the least! However, St. Pius X school has been able to adapt to these unprecedented times and have only become stronger as a school, church, and a community. We have the capabilities to offer our students the option of in-person, virtual learning, or hybrid and have been successful from the first day on August 13, 2020. hi I'm Heidi McCoy and thank you for your interest in st. Pius the tenth school we are a pre-k through 8th grade school off of 21st Street between Sheridan and Memorial I'm currently have about 350 students with an average class size is 17 * 2 thanks for every grade level and our curriculum includes religion Spanish music aren't computers and PE along with the core subject areas bring a normal school year we also offer about 20 extracurricular on opportunities including Athletics well-rounded and well-prepared my own two children attend St Pius and the teachers and staff here are amazing they help my children build a strong academic Foundation it was an easy transition when I move on to the Local High School St Pius isn't this known for textile we also work very closely together to build Faith Hill citizens whenever I talk to her family if they often remark on how Pine and finally our students are and I believe that's because we all live it for mission statement was Leopold all things through Christ like to learn more about her school and schedule to North me please call the number on this video I look forward to visiting with you thank you cultural and socioeconomic diversity and internet every single classroom is a unique all different types of people from all different backgrounds in our world today is becoming more and more important to be able to navigate relationships with all different types of people and it says files are students every single day as they live and learn alongside classmates come from different neighborhoods different parts of Tulsa or even from different parts of the world and these are very important skills that will stay done well for the rest of their lives I might Patrice Titan I am the librarian here at Saint Pius and one of the things that I love about our school is our fabulous community no matter if you grew up in this neighborhood and went to school here or you're brand new St Pius everyone is so welcoming and supportive we are here to work together as a team pray together and really support one another in your education and it is just a fabulous Community people you can count on and I wouldn't want to be anywhere else thanks for stopping by hello I'm here to talk to you guys about Saint Pius the 10th Catholic School in Tulsa so we actually made the decision to switch our son's St Pius after attending school in Owasso and we are so pleased with making that decision he has arrived at St Pius he really loves he loves his teachers and it just seemed to be a good fit for us so good that he actually convinced me to become a teacher at think bias it is just like us family environment everybody is very welcoming and friendly and just when you roam the Halls you get the scent of love and support and it really is like a Hidden Gem and opa so not only do they have dedicated teachers friendly students a beautiful campus but the things that makes sense standout is the church Community is mixed with the school Community to promote this discipleship among the teachers and the students and all of the staff literally on top of the door when you enter the building that says all things in Christ and I think that that is just so special that there are you do kindergarteners and Pre-K students that are just truly turning into Disciples of Jesus so I would encourage anybody who is looking for a that is just like a family that is looking for a Catholic Christian environment to look in the Saint Pius come to the school and see for yourself it really is an amazing place and I highly recommend it High Middle School with art teacher here at Saint Pius school I'm also a Pious mom Defender about our school is that our teachers as part of their career always hurt tricks to make sure that they can run and diversity and academic High School
